Success Stories
Our programme is new, so we have no client stories to publish yet. We would rather say so than invent them.
Where we are today
GrowGlobal24's cohort programme is new. We have no client case studies, testimonials or results to publish at this time, and we will not present invented ones. When clients are willing to be named and the facts have been checked, we will share their stories here with their permission.
In the meantime, the three sketches below show how our method might apply to common situations. Each is an Illustrative scenario involving a fictional, generic company. They contain no real results and no performance figures.
Illustrative scenario: a SaaS scaleup entering Singapore and Japan
Imagine a software company with customers in Europe that wants a presence in two Asia-Pacific markets. A plan might sequence a Singapore private limited company first, as a regional base, then a Japanese entity once local contracts are clearer. Phase 1 would cover legal reconnaissance and filings in both territories. Phase 2 would look at banking and payment rails such as FAST and PayNow in Singapore and Zengin in Japan. Phase 3 would cover launch, payroll and first GST and consumption tax returns. Language, local banking norms and time zones would be the main coordination points.
Illustrative scenario: an e-commerce brand opening EU VAT and a German GmbH
Picture a consumer brand selling online from outside the EU that wants to serve EU customers and hold stock in Germany. The plan might compare registering for EU VAT schemes with forming a German GmbH. Questions would include where inventory sits, which VAT registrations are required, and how SEPA payments and returns are handled. A data protection review would run alongside, since customer data would be processed in the EU. Licensed German professionals would handle the incorporation and tax filings.
Illustrative scenario: a fintech hiring through an EoR in the UAE
Consider a payments-adjacent startup that wants to hire a small team in the UAE before deciding on a long-term entity. An Employer of Record could employ the team locally while the company tests the market. The plan would clarify what an EoR does and does not cover, and flag that regulated financial activity needs its own licensing analysis with qualified local advisers. We would help define the questions rather than answer them.
