What to include

A good first message makes it easy for us to help. Where relevant, tell us:

• Your company, what it does and where it is incorporated.
• The countries you are considering.
• Your target timeline.
• What you need help with: entity, banking, compliance or hiring.

Response expectations

We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days. Replies can take longer during busy intake periods, and we cannot promise an exact turnaround. Security reports are prioritised, so please use [email protected] for those and not the general address.

What we cannot do over email

• We cannot give legal or tax advice. We coordinate the specialists who do.
• We cannot take instructions for regulated services, such as filings or payroll, outside a scoped engagement.
• Please do not send passwords, full bank details or identity documents by email.

How we communicate

We do not list a phone number or a street address, and we do not operate public offices. The client portal and sign-in are not live yet. Until they are, email is the single route to reach us, and it keeps a clear written record for both sides.

Choosing the right inbox

Using the correct address gets you a faster answer. Broad questions about whether a market suits you belong with hello@. Applications with detailed plans belong with apply@. Data-subject requests, such as access or deletion, should go to privacy@ so that they are tracked properly. If you are unsure, use hello@ and we will forward your message to the right team without any fuss.

Time zones and languages

Our messages are handled in English. If your question concerns a specific country, mention the local language needs and the time zone of your team so that we can plan any calls around your working day.
