Regulatory Status
GrowGlobal24 is not a regulated financial or legal firm. Here is what that means for you.
What we are
GrowGlobal24 is an advisory and coordination service for companies expanding internationally. We help scope, sequence and project-manage the steps of entering a new country.
What we are not
GrowGlobal24 holds no banking, payment, e-money, legal, tax-adviser or employment licences, and we do not claim any. We are not a bank, a payment institution, a law firm, a tax adviser or an employer. We do not hold client funds, open accounts in your name, or file documents with authorities on your behalf.
Who performs regulated work
Regulated services are delivered by independent providers that hold the licences or authorisations required in their own jurisdictions. You contract with them directly. Typical examples include:
- Entity formation and legal filings: a licensed lawyer, notary or corporate service provider.
- Business banking and FX: a licensed bank or regulated payment institution.
- VAT, GST and tax filings: a qualified tax adviser or accountant.
- Payroll and Employer of Record: a local EoR provider that employs staff under local law.
Our relationship with providers
We help you define what to ask for, compare options and keep the work on schedule. Responsibility for the regulated service sits with the provider you appoint, under your agreement with them. We do not claim partnerships with named banks or firms on this site, and we do not receive licence numbers on their behalf.
Checking a provider
You should always verify a provider before engaging them. Useful checks include:
- Ask for their licence or registration details and confirm them on the relevant public register.
- Confirm which entity will contract with you and which will hold any funds.
- Check what insurance, complaints process or client-money protection applies.
- Read the service agreement for scope, fees and termination terms.
No advice, no guarantees
Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Timelines are planning targets, and authorities and banks make their own decisions.
