What we do
GrowGlobal24 is an international expansion accelerator for scaleups and established companies. We help you plan, sequence and coordinate the unglamorous but critical work of entering a new country: forming a local entity, opening business banking and FX, getting VAT, tax and data compliance right, and hiring your first people through an Employer of Record.
Our work is delivered as cohort-based programmes. Each cohort follows a 90-day planning horizon, so your team has a clear path from first decision to commercial launch.
What we are not
Being clear about this matters. GrowGlobal24 is an advisory and coordination service. We are not a bank, a law firm, a tax adviser, a payment institution or an employer. Regulated work, such as legal filings, bank accounts, payroll and tax filings, is carried out by independent, appropriately licensed local providers that you contract with directly.
Our job is to scope that work, put it in the right order and project-manage it so nothing stalls. Nothing on this website is legal or tax advice.
How the method works
Every programme runs through three phases over roughly 90 days:
- Phase 1, days 1 to 15: legal reconnaissance and filing.
- Phase 2, days 16 to 45: banking and payment rails.
- Phase 3, days 46 to 90: commercial launch, payroll and first VAT or GST returns.
These are planning targets, never guarantees. Government registries and banks set their own timelines, and we plan around that reality rather than pretending it away.

Where we focus
Our roadmap covers 24 target territories. Six are profiled in depth today: Singapore, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, the UAE and Brazil. Australia and Canada are also on the map, and more will follow.
