As two of Queen Elizabeth II’s eight grandchildren, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are used to a life of luxury – and that includes where they live. However, the sisters are currently dealing with the fallout of their parents’ connection to the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew Moutbatten-Windsor and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, were evicted from the 30-room Royal Lodge last month, with Sarah’s current arrangements unknown. Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie, 35, were teenagers when their father moved into the Grade II-listed royal property in 2004, followed by their mother four years later.

Andrew now resides in Norfolk following his eviction, with a permanent home on the Sandringham Estate currently being renovated.

Now with families of their own, Beatrice and Eugenie have their own properties in England.

Beatrice currently resides in the Cotswolds, located about an hour and a half away from her parents’ former Windsor residence.

The mother-of-two purchased her £3.5million six-bedroom property with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, in 2021. Before moving to the Cotswolds, Beatrice and her family lived at a property at St James’s Palace in Westminster.

Eugenie, her husband, Jack Brooksbank and their two sons live at Ivy Cottage, which is a short distance from one of Prince Harry’s former residences in London.

The family splits their time between the UK and Portugal for Jack’s work commitments.

Previously speaking about their lives in Portugal, Eugenie told HELLO!: “[August and Ernest] love swimming. The sea in Portugal’s a little bit rougher, so we’ve got our feet in, but Augie is a fish. He literally loves it, and we have whales and dolphins all across the walls.”
