Moore was last seen on June 11, where she signed into a Planet Fitness gym, where she frequently worked out, in Lexington, South Carolina around 6:40pm.
Surveillance footage captured the woman walking away from the Planet Fitness and through the parking lot of a nearby Publix at 9:17pm.
Moore was then seen heading in the direction of a wooded area behind a nearby Lowe’s store.
Moore was dressed in an olive-green zip-up hoodie and black athletic pants.
An unidentified body was found on Wednesday afternoon with a matching clothing description, the Lexington Police Department said.
The formal investigation remains ongoing as Lexington County Coroner’s Office told Fox News an autopsy will be scheduled soon, which is expected to take some time.
Authorities told Newsweek on Tuesday that there was no indication of foul play and that Moore’s husband, Brannon Slice, was “not a person of interest at the current moment.”
Slice reported Moore missing on Friday.
Footage from the last few days before Moore was last seen appeared to show the personal trainer had been acting confused.
A Ring camera video obtained by The U.S. Sun from the same apartment complex showed Moore allegedly pretending to be a DoorDash delivery driver.
Sarah Burleson told The U.S. Sun that Moore was acting bizarrely outside of her unit.
Burleson contacted the police when she learned she was missing after recognizing the woman’s sunglasses, nails and bracelet from Moore’s recent Facebook post.

Burleson alleged Moore met with a DoorDash delivery woman who was dropping off food at the apartment.
Moore was seen in the video taking a large plastic to-go bag and a receipt from the worker, who then took a photo of her.
Moore then knocked on the door and delivered the food herself.
Burleson said Moore tried to enter her apartment and seemed “confused.”
“Something seemed very off and I really hope she turns up safe and sound,” she said.
“For the past week we thought it was a crazy DoorDash experience.”
Burleson added that she and her partner weren’t immediately aware Moore was not their delivery person until they watched the footage.
Burleson told NewsNation, that she saw Moore looking through a neighbor’s packages about an hour afterwards.

One of Moore’s friends said she hadn’t been active on social media in recent weeks, which was “out of character” for herCredit: Facebook
Moore hadn’t been active on her social media since April, which her friend Lauren Beasley told Fox News was unlike her.
“She is very active on social media so her going radio [silence] for the last month is out of character,” she said.
Beasley said she hadn’t spoken to her friend in a month, but revealed she didn’t notice anything was off in their last chat.
“She did not say anything personal about anything she was going through. She got married last year, but she didn’t say anything about her relationship or work or anything personal,” she said.
Lexington Police Chief Terrence Green shared that a body was found in the search for Moore after police received a tip that she had been seen in the area of North Lake Drive and Old Cherokee Road.
Officers and fire personnel launched an extensive search of the wooded area at 1:30pm on Wednesday and found an unidentified body around 2:48pm.
Lexington police did not immediately confirm whether the body found was Moore, saying they were in contact with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division to “proceed with this death investigation.”
