Authorities say the individual left the property after being spotted by a security guard and disappeared before officers arrived.
Security Guard Interrupted the Intrusion
Police said the suspect was allegedly trespassing inside a vacant apartment when a security guard noticed the activity.
The individual reportedly left immediately, avoiding contact with responding officers.
