En esta nueva versión, Cano plasma la esencia musical que tanto lo define, dándole un toque contemporáneo, y así, llevar el tema a una nueva audiencia.
Con más de 65 mil personas en el estreno virtual del video oficial de ‘Ya Te Olvidé’, Natanael se muestra en el videoclip interpretando el tema desde el palenque de Hermosillo, Sonora, su tierra natal.
Por otro lado, Natanael Cano forma parte de la lista de los artistas que representan el futuro de la música en la plataforma Future Of Music de ROLLING STONE en Español. Asimismo, es considerado como el precursor de un subgénero que le puso el toque moderno a la música regional mexicana.
