Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is making it clear that even as he steps down from royal life, he’s not downgrading his lifestyle.

The former Prince has a long list of high demands for his next chapter, insisting on a cook, housekeeper, gardener, and even a butler after being ousted from his 30-room Royal Lodge residence in Windsor amid resurfacing claims over his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

Set to relocate to a private property on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, funded by the King, Andrew is said to want “an appropriate home and a rota of staff” befitting his status as the son of a queen and father of two princesses.

A royal insider told The Daily Mail that while Andrew is expected to move quietly, “he has conditions and he isn’t prepared to give much ground on them.”

In addition to household staff, he reportedly wants freedom to roam the estate rather than being confined to quarters, and either his own team or access to current royal staff.

His move will also impact ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, who has lived on Windsor grounds since 2004, though her future arrangements remain unclear.

The timing couldn’t be more awkward for Andrew. This week, the disgraced former prince received a formal summons from the US Congress, calling on him to answer questions about his “long-standing friendship” with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is probing Epstein’s “sex trafficking operations” and flagged eyebrow raising financial records including entries like “massage for Andrew” as part of the investigation, raising serious questions about the former royal’s ties to the late financier.
