Family of the 15-year-old girl whose remains were found in a car registered to singer D4vd is asking for donations to help bury her — as Los Angeles detectives investigate her death as a homicide.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was reported missing last year, was identified by authorities as the teen found dead in the trunk of a Tesla belonging to D4vd.

Celeste’s next-of-kin recently launched a GoFundMe page soliciting donations from the public to help cover burial costs.

“She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, and friend,” GoFundMe organizers Esmeralda Lozano and Gisel Vera wrote on the crowdfunding page.

“Her family is heartbroken and devastated by this tragic loss. They are seeking help to lay her body to rest. Any funds you are able to donate are greatly appreciated.”

Police said the Tesla had been towed after it was left near a Hollywood Hills home where the 20-year-old artist — real name David Anthony Burke — stayed. Investigators later executed a search warrant at the residence.

The LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division is leading the investigation and treating it as a homicide. No suspects have been named and no arrests announced.

A representative for D4vd said he has been “fully cooperating with the authorities.” The singer has not been implicated by police in Celeste’s death, according to multiple outlets.

Authorities have not publicly detailed any prior relationship between Celeste and the artist.

But seeming connections keep piling up.

Screenshots of old messages on D4vd’s Discord fan server show he was rumored to be dating a teen named “Celeste” years before Rivas Hernandez was found dead.

Several photos have surfaced of D4vd with a young woman bearing a strong resemblance to Rivas Hernandez, whose photos were circulated on “missing” posters in 2024.

The year before that, D4vd, who has more than 2 million followers on Instagram, made an unreleased track in which he mentions the name “Celeste” twice.

Her body was discovered Sept. 8 after someone at the tow lot reported a stench coming from the Tesla’s front trunk, authorities said.

The remains were “severely decomposed,” indicating they had been inside the car for an extended period.

Riverside County officials confirmed Celeste was the juvenile reported missing from Lake Elsinore in 2024. She was 14 at the time she disappeared.

The Tesla was towed from near a rental in the Bird Streets area associated with the singer, and detectives are reconstructing Celeste’s final movements, according to the Los Angeles Times.

After the identification, the Queens-born artist canceled the remaining dates of his US tour, including a scheduled show in San Francisco.

Industry outlets reported additional cancellations of Los Angeles appearances and a museum event.

Neither GoFundMe nor Celeste’s family responded to Post requests for comment.

As of Friday afternoon, the GoFundMe campaign has raised more than $14,000. Hundreds of people have donated to the campaign, which set a goal to raise $20,000.
