What This Means For The Night Agent Season 3
The Show’s Production Schedule Is Back To Normal

It remains to be seen if season 3 can follow the Night Agent season 2 ending with a swifter turnaround than before. While season 2 has been well-regarded, it followed season 1 by nearly two full years. This hiatus does not seem to have damaged the series’ reputation, but its propulsive action storyline would most likely be benefitted by a less extensive hiatus. Precedent shows that the wait will likely be shorter this time, however. Below, see a breakdown of the production timelines of the first two seasons:

Our Take On The Night Agent Season 3 Update
The Show Has A Bright Future Ahead Of It

Given the tenor of the Night Agent season 2 reviews and the fact that the season has been No. 1 on Netflix’s chart of the most-watched English-language shows for two weeks running at the time of writing, it seems likely that the show will continue being renewed beyond season 3. The fact that it seems to be back to a more regular production and release schedule will likely help it achieve this longevity, as the story can continue without long breaks during which audience members could potentially forget details of the previous seasons and lose interest.
