Noel Seoane, promotora del festival de música regional mexicana Arre, soltó –sin querer queriendo– una bomba: Natanael Cano podría regresar al festival tras haber encabezado la primera edición.
“Queríamos evitar repetir artistas, pero Natanael mostró interés en volver, así que no lo descartamos”, comentó Seoane. Y cuando se le cuestionó directamente si esa sería la sorpresa, soltó un misterioso “Podría ser, podría ser”, dejando en el aire si el sonorense hará su reaparición triunfal en la CDMX tras su show en el Estadio GNP de hace semanas.

Seoane también dejó ver que no todos están contentos con el cartel. Al parecer, algunas bandas tradicionales se sintieron desplazadas porque Peso Pluma y Natanael Cano llevan el protagonismo. Aunque no dio nombres, insinuó que hay quienes creyeron que su trayectoria les daba derecho a estar al frente. Pero no todos soltaron bilis: leyendas como Los Tigres del Norte, Los Cardenales de Nuevo León y Los Cadetes de Linares, aclaró, estaban más que puestos para participar en esta u otras ediciones.

Hablando de Los Tigres del Norte, la banda no se anda con rodeos. Sus integrantes aseguran que, aunque están abiertos a trabajar con las nuevas generaciones, como Peso Pluma o Junior H, tienen una condición: las canciones tienen que llevar un “mensaje positivo”. Los creadores de himnos como “Jefe de Jefes”, “La Reina del Sur” y “Contrabando y Traición” dicen que están dispuestos a diversificar la música regional, siempre y cuando no se pierda la esencia que los ha hecho leyendas. “Vemos estas alianzas como una oportunidad para fortalecer el género, pero sin salirnos del camino”, aclararon.
