Buckingham Palace made its first important statement amid Prince Andrew’s email leak controversy.
On October 13, the royal family confirmed that King Charles extended a special invitation to a key political figure for a state visit.
The message reads, “The President of Germany, accompanied by Frau Büdenbender, will pay a State Visit to the United Kingdom, hosted by His Majesty The King, from Wednesday 3rd December to Friday 5th December.”
It is important to note that President Donald Trump arrived in the UK for a state visit in September. From a warm welcome on Windsor land to a glitzy banquet, King Charles and the key royals welcomed their high-profile guest.
Now, the royal family, including the King, Queen Camilla, Prince William and Princess Kate, are set to host guests from Germany.
