“A MOTHER’S WORST NIGHTMARE IS STILL UNFOLDING.”

This evening, a Baton Rouge family is asking for something no parent should ever have to ask for — help finding their child.

15-year-old Ja’Derrius Minnieweather remains missing, and with each passing hour, the fear and uncertainty surrounding his disappearance continue to grow.

Joined by United Cajun Navy Incident Commander Josh Gill, Ja’Derrius’ mother made an emotional plea to the public, asking people across Louisiana and beyond to keep sharing her son’s information. Somewhere, someone may have seen something. Someone may know where he is. That one piece of information could make all the difference.

Family members say they refuse to give up hope and are asking the community to stand with them during this heartbreaking time.

🙏 Please share Ja’Derrius’ photo and information.

📞 If you know anything about Ja’Derrius’ whereabouts, contact the Baton Rouge Police Department at (225) 389-2000 or call 911 immediately.

No family should have to endure this uncertainty alone.
