Karoline Leavitt has been leaning into her Barbie-inspired aesthetic lately – and her recent Fox News appearance was no exception.
The 27-year-old White House Press Secretary appeared on Sean Hannity’s show to discuss Donald Trump’s early presidential tenure. Karoline offered fans a glimpse behind the scenes by posting a makeup snapshot ahead of her television spot.
“Behind the scenes before @seanhannity. Glam by my girl @by_brittany_danielle,” she wrote in her Instagram Story caption. The image showed Karoline sporting a sleeveless pink outfit with delicate bow accents.
Her makeup look was kept understated, finished with a soft pink lip color.
Karoline’s manicure matched her ensemble in pink hues, while her blonde hair was styled in relaxed curls. During the Fox News segment, Sean Hannity questioned whether Trump’s team planned to highlight his “accomplishments.”

“With President Trump, we work hard every day and we are going to work hard to deliver on all of the campaign promises that he made to the American public,” she responded. Karoline went on to say, “It surely has been an extraordinary six-month start to the four years that President Trump has been blessed with back in the Oval Office.”
She further commented, “Look at our economy, it is booming again thanks to the pro-growth, less-regulatory policies of this administration.”
Karoline then lauded Trump, characterizing him as “hardworking” and “successful.”

She declared, “I witness it with my own two eyes every day. That man is working around the clock, he hardly ever sleeps. He’s constantly thinking about not just the problems in our country here but around this world and how to solve them.”
Karoline’s Fox News segment follows her being dubbed a “MAGA BARBIE QUEEN” by supporters on Instagram. Under a photo featuring her pink ensemble, one admirer gushed, “We finally get a press secretary who’s beautiful and truthful to the public. Powerful in pink.”
A second follower chimed in, “We finally get a press secretary who’s beautiful and truthful to the public. A proper inspiration for young American women.”
Karoline has been linked to sparking a viral TikTok phenomenon centered around her appearance – the Republican makeup transformation. Comic Suzanne Lambert launched the craze shortly after Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Suzanne quipped that Republican makeup features thick foundation and vibrant eyeshadow. She also noted that achieving the style requires skipping contouring techniques.
