Lipreader reveals Princess Anne’s two-word command to her husband at royal event
The Royal Family continued to face anti-monarchy protestors outside of Westminster Abbey earlier this week.

Princess Anne and her husband Sir Timothy Laurence joined the King and Queen at Westminster Abbey for the annual Commonwealth Day service on Monday. Pictured in recent protests against the royals, anti-monarchy protestors gathered outside as members of the Royal Family made their way into the Abbey.
Members of Republic were standing outside the Abbey holding signs such as “What did you know?” and “What are you hiding?”, which were presumably in reference to the ongoing scandal surrounding Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his connection to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
According to the Daily Mail, Princess Anne, 75, was seen telling her husband to “ignore them” as they walked side by side.
Andrew was later held for 11 hours before being released under investigation for suspicion of misconduct in public office in connection with his correspondence with Epstein.
The publication reported that Anne told Sir Timothy, “Don’t listen to them”, before adding the two-word comment to “ignore them”.
The anti-monarchy group brought the complaint to the Thames Valley Police, which led to Andrew’s arrest on the morning of February 19, which also happened to be his 66th birthday.
Andrew was stripped of his military titles and patronages in 2022 after an attempt by the late Virginia Guiffre to have a sexual assault lawsuit bought against him.

The disgraced royal then settled with the Epstein victim out of court with an undisclosed sum. The former Duke of York has repeatedly vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
Following the release of new Epstein files, Andrew was stripped of his princely title last year – and was evicted from his 30-room mansion, Royal Lodge, earlier this year.
The King and Queen were also joined by the Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester on Monday.
