Harry met his father earlier this month on his UK trip
rince Harryâs team have addressed claims that heâs âtrying to drive a wedgeâ between King Charles and Prince William after his recent visit to the UK.
Claims that Harryâs meeting with Charles at Clarence House on September 10 was part of a bid to cause conflict between his father and brother were denied by his spokesman.
They told The Sun: âCategorically not. Harry is not trying to drive a wedge between the Prince of Wales and the king.â
And a source close to William reportedly said that reports of conflict were ârubbishâ. For their part, Charles and William have been enjoying a break at Balmoral together. They were also together at US President Donald Trumpâs state visit to the UK earlier this month.

Prince Harryâs meeting with King Charles
As for Harry, there have been reports of talks between his team and Buckingham Palace to get him and his father together at a public engagement. However, itâs been denied that Harry could return in a sort of âhalf-in, half-outâ royal role.
In May of this year, Harry expressed a desire to reconcile with his family. Itâs believed he hasnât spoken to his older brother, William, for some time.

During Charles and Harryâs meeting in London this month, itâs been confirmed that a âframed photograph was handed overâ. According to reports, the photograph was of Harryâs children, Archie and Lilibet.
In return, Charles reportedly gave Harry a present for his 41st birthday on September 15.
The king hasnât seen his grandchildren since Queen Elizabeth IIâs platinum jubilee in 2022, amid claims from Harry that itâs not safe to fly them back to the UK.

William and Charles âriftâ claims
Last week, a source claimed that there had been an âattempt to manufacture divisionâ between Charles and William.
The insider told the Daily Mail: âItâs evident thereâs an attempt to manufacture division between them. In reality, no such rift exists.
âTheir relationship is as strong as ever. They are aligned in their work, with many areas of shared interest, and united in their vision for the role of the royal family.â
These comments come after royal author Tina Brown claimed that King Charles currently feels âless irritatedâ by his youngest son Harry than he is by William, particularly when it comes to the Prince of Walesâ work ethic.
Itâs been reported that William is also unhappy with Prince Andrew and Sarah Fergusonâs proximity to the rest of the royals amid scandals regarding their involvement with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Royal author Andrew Lownie said to Vanity Fair: âIâm told Williamâs view is that his father needs to take a firmer line with Andrew. I think this could cause real tensions between Charles and William. William, as future king, will have to deal with the fallout from this. He wants this problem solved and has no sentimental attachment to Andrew. He has no time for Andrew, and he can see how toxic the Yorks are.â
