Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor reportedly found out about an affair his wife Sarah Ferguson had when she was still pregnant with their youngest daughter.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor reportedly showed his true colours when he left Sarah Ferguson on the floor after a fall when she was pregnant, a former friend of the duchess has revealed. It is believed that on the evening of the fall, which happened outside Harry’s Bar in Mayfair, Andrew had just found out about his then-wife’s affair.

This affair, author Dr Allan Starkie said, started when Sarah was pregnant with her second daughter Princess Eugenie. It is believed the man in question was Texan businessman Steve Wyatt, whom Sarah met when on a trip to Texas.

Dr Starkie said that Sarah was attracted to the money the man’s family had, and was reportedly already becoming unhappy in her marriage.

Writing in his memoir Fergie – Her Secret Life, Dr Starkie said: “It didn’t take long for Andrew to learn the truth about the affair.

“Leaving Harry’s Bar in Mayfair after a party, Sarah tripped and fell. The normally courteous Andrew walked resolutely on, leaving his seven-month pregnant wife to pick herself up and chase after him.”

Sarah continued her affair with Wyatt through the rest of her pregnancy, and even reportedly flew to Morocco with him for a trip with him just less than two months after giving birth to Eugenie – with Princess Beatrice, her eldest daughter, and two royal detectives too.

When Wyatt went back to America, Dr Starkie said that Sarah was convinced she should divorce Andrew to be with Wyatt for good. However, with Wyatt having little money, The Daily Mail reports that Sarah actually ended up meeting his cousin by marriage John Bryan for lunch.

They then began an affair of their own, with Wyatt no longer being the main man in Sarah’s life, according to Dr Starkie. It was then the pictures of Bryan sucking Sarah’s toes on a holiday that ultimately ended any hopes of her marriage to Andrew being restored.

While these affairs may have happened throughout Andrew and Sarah’s marriage, the pair have always remained good friends and even co-habited Royal Lodge together for 17 years – something that will soon come to an end as they are being evicted as a result of various scandals.

It is believed Andrew and Sarah, who have both been stung as a result of scandals surrounding their previous associations with Jeffrey Epstein, will no longer live together moving forward.
