Unlike in the UK edition of the show, each wedding in MAFS Australia is in a different place. The venues across Sydney vary wildly, in both prettiness and price. The MAFS Australia 2026 producers sent some couples to very luxurious wedding venues. Others didn’t get quite the same experience.
Now, arranging filming locations for MAFS weddings is different to actually booking a venue for a wedding. The marriage ceremonies on MAFS aren’t legally binding and don’t involve many guests. Plus, you would expect some companies might be rather keen for a hugely popular TV show to feature their venue. These price estimates are hypothetical, and are intended for MAFS viewers’ fun. If you are actually considering getting married at one of these venues, please make your own enquiries for up-to-date pricing x
So, here are the venues for all the MAFS Australia 2026 weddings, ranked from the cheapest to the most expensive.

The obligatory older couple on MAFS Australia never works out. I’m not convinced the producers were holding out much hope for these two.
Their wedding venue was a tree in a park. As Centennial Parklands park belongs to the New South Wales Government, not a private company, getting married there is a real steal. The fee for a wedding ceremony with fewer than 50 guests is $555 AUD. If you have more than 150 friends, it still only costs $1,200. Now, you’d still need to sort somewhere for the reception, and the catering. But Rebecca and Steve’s wedding seems to have been a budget option.
Gia and Scott
Gia had a mishap with her shoes on the beach at Horizons, which is part of the South Maroubra Surf Club. Having a ceremony on the beach costs $800 AUD. The various catering packages for the reception cost between $85 and $220 AUD per head. Gia and Scott’s wedding seems to be at the more affordable end (and would cost way less than her nemesis Bec’s).
Joel and Juliette

Their wedding ceremony took place on some grass with a nice view. The spot is part of Deckhouse at Woolwich. The price per head is apparently in the realm $168 to $225, and the minimum amount of guests you can have is 50. So, having a small wedding there must cost upwards of $8,400.
Rachel and Steven
They really did get married on a big boat. The Jackson is a yacht which resides in Sydney Harbour. Wedding packages start at $225 per person. Seating is provided for up to 50 guests, which would bring the cost up to $11,250 AUD.
Stephanie and Tyson

Their male-dominated wedding was at Lindesay House, an 1834 mansion in Darling Point. The hire fee for wedding celebrations there is $10,900. You’d have to bring your own caterers, though.

Their romantic wedding was in a glammed-up conference centre. Novella on the Park is an events space in the Western Sydney Parklands. An Instagram post from February 2026 said their Complete Wedding Package starts at $23,499 AUD.
Chris and Sam
The final MAFS Australia 2026 wedding was filmed at Jonah’s Restaurant & Boutique Hotel on Palm Beach. Hiring out the whole venue for half a day on a weekdays costs $3,000 AUD, in addition to the minimum spend of $23,600. (A couple who holds a wedding there would probably get up to that amount through accommodation and food and drink packages.)
Alissa and David
I’m guessing the MAFS producers hoped Alissa and David would bring drama, because their wedding was in the Coliseum Theatre. Although you can hire parts of it out for events, it’s not usually used for wedding receptions. Rock My Wedding guesstimated it would cost between $20,000 and $40,000.
Luke and Mel

Luke is a farmer… can you guess which wedding venue he was matched with? Silvergum Stables in Stanwell Tops has also been used as a filming location for The Bachelorette and The Farmer Wants a Wife. A 2024 brochure said it cost $11,000 AUD to hire out the venue. Catering packages ranged from $250 to $265 AUD, and having the ceremony by a barn cost another $2,200 AUD. You’d need a minimum of 80 guests to book. Based on this info, getting married there would cost upwards of $33,200 AUD.
Grayson and Julia

Well, it looks less impressive from the inside

Even UK viewers recognised where Julia and Grayson got married. This couple definitely win for the most iconic wedding venue. They tied the knot at the Sydney Opera House.
According to the 2025 brochure, the package for a five hour seated wedding reception starts at $210 per person. The minimum alcoholic drinks package would be another $65 AUD each. These packages require a minimum of 100 guests. According to an old TimeOut article, hiring out one of the large event spaces for a full day was $9,000 AUD. Using all this info, it seems that having a wedding like Grayson and Julia’s would set you back more than $36,500 AUD. Woah, the producers must have been really hopeful for this couple.
Bec and Danny

It’s giving main character energy

Bec and Danny were blessed with a very fancy wedding venue. The Eveleigh is a ballroom in old locomotive workshops at The Grounds.According to a TikTok video, the minimum spend for a wedding at the Eveleigh on a Saturday in February or March 2026 is $41,000 AUD. Different food and drink packages vary from $185 to $215 AUD per person. Now, getting married there during the week or in the winter is likely to be a lot cheaper than this. But Bec and Danny definitely got one of the boujiest wedding venues.
Brook and Chris

Doesn’t look too shabby

This wedding should have met the standards of the boujie bride Brook. Swifts is a mansion on Darling Point that was built in the 1870s and 1880s to resemble a Gothic castle. It’s used for making film and TV shows more than it’s used for regular weddings. The Australian celeb couple Kyle Sandilands and Tegan Kynaston reportedly spend $1 million AUD getting married there in 2023. The Daily Mail Australia reported that hiring out the venue cost upwards of $20,000 AUD, and they spent $75,000 AUD on food and drink. Presumably, Brook and Chris didn’t get such a lavish dinner. They still lucked out, though.
