Noel Edmonds appeared alongside his wife Liz in the ITV series that followed the couple’s move to New Zealand. The self-titled show, Noel Edmonds’ Kiwi Adventure, documented the couple’s journey as they opened a retreat run by Liz, 55, a former makeup artist.

The former Deal or No Deal presenter was in tears as he made an emotional confession. During a candid moment, the 76-year-old shared he planned to wed his wife for a fifth time.

Liz, who is 21 years younger than Noel, first met her other half when she was hired as a makeup artist on the set of his game show in 2006.

The three-time married star branded his wife his “earth angel” despite having made a previous vow to never tie the knot again after his second divorce.

During their reality series, which aired in July, Noel was overcome with emotion as he discussed plans to rejuvenate an old chapel on his £ 15 million New Zealand estate.

He planned to walk down the aisle with the “love of his life” in a heartfelt admission.

“The plan is to restore it completely,” he shared. “And Liz and I will get married for a fifth time. To restore the chapel and have all our friends here somehow… it’s a really important milestone on this journey.”

He wanted to reconstruct the dilapidated building to renew their vows.

Noel and Liz tied the knot for the first time in 2009 in a low-key ceremony held in the Cotswolds.

After a civil service, their union was blessed in the 13th-century Church of St Mary’s, where he branded Liz his “soulmate”.

Noel was married twice before, first to his wife Gillian Slater from 1971 until 1982.

Following their divorce, the presenter wed his second wife, Helen Solby, in 1986, and they remained together until 2005. The former couple share with Charlotte (from a previous relationship of Helen’s), Lorna, Olivia and Alice.

He also has two stepsons from his relationship with Liz, whom she shares with her previous relationship with ex-husband, cameraman Nathan Ridler.
