King Charles’ brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, is included in the latest batch of files released in relation to the investigation of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein — as the former royal can be seen kneeling on all fours over an unidentified woman on the ground in new photos.
The latest files, released and shared online by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday, Jan. 30, feature two such images.
In one photo, Andrew, formerly known as Prince Andrew, can be seen bending over and touching a fully clothed woman’s stomach while she is on the floor.
A second photograph shows Andrew, who was stripped of his royal titles in October, on his hands and knees, hovering over the woman.
The woman’s face is blacked out in both pictures, making her unidentifiable. Additional context about the photos, including where and when they were taken, was not provided by the DOJ.

The recently-released files also contained email exchanges shared between Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019, and someone he listed in his contacts as “The Duke,” believed to be Andrew.
Epstein pleaded guilty to charges of solicitation of prostitution and solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18 in June 2008.
He was sentenced to serve 18 months in a minimum-security prison, and he was released from the facility in 2009. Epstein then began serving a house arrest sentence, which ended in August 2010.
Weeks later, Epstein allegedly emailed Andrew to arrange a meeting, writing in a message sent on Sept. 27, 2010, that he would “need private time” with the former prince.
Epstein said he was in London with three women, and he asked, per the emails, if he should bring the women “to add some life.”

In response, Andrew allegedly offered up Buckingham Palace as the location for the meeting. He said in the emails that the two men and their companions would have “lots of privacy” there.
The latest documents from the DOJ offer more insight into the relationship between Andrew and Epstein. In 2010, photos of the pair walking together in Central Park surfaced, sparking scrutiny.
The DOJ’s December release of files featured a photo of Andrew sitting with Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell inside the saloon at Sandringham House, one of the late Queen Elizabeth’s most beloved royal estates.
Maxwell, 64, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after she was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021.
Andrew, meanwhile, has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in relation to his ties to Epstein.

Andrew stepped back from his public royal role in 2019 following a headline-making BBC interview, in which he discussed his relationship with Epstein. The former royal has been connected to Virginia Giuffre, an outspoken Epstein victim who has alleged that she was made to have sex with Andrew when she was just 17 years old. (Giuffre died by suicide at age 44 in 2025.)
Queen Elizabeth stripped her son of his military titles and patronages in January 2022, after a judge rejected his attempt to have Giuffre’s sexual assault lawsuit against him dismissed. He eventually settled with Giuffre out of court for an undisclosed sum.
After Giuffre’s posthumous book, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, was released last year, scrutiny of Andrew intensified, and he gave up the use of his royal titles, as well as other titles and honors. Andrew was then stripped of his royal titles days later by King Charles, 77.
