Prince William ‘quietly preparing for his future as king’ as he takes tough stance ‘against Prince Andrew’

After reports Prince William is preparing for his future reign as king after his father Charles, it’s claimed Prince Andrew has no role in The Firm.

Commentators have said the former senior royal has no future in Prince William’s modern monarchy.

Andrew, King Charles’ brother, stepped back from royal duties in 2019 after ties to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The royal told BBC Newsnight that he hadn’t seen or spoken to him since 2010.

‘No role’ for Prince Andrew when William is king

Photographer and broadcaster Helena Chard warned that anyone who goes against The Firm won’t be allowed to remain in the royal fold.

She told Fox News: “Anyone who poses a threat to the monarchy is banished.

“Prince William is a shrewd operator and stands firm in his decisions. He is committed and determined to do his best for the future of the monarchy. And his mind is made up. His scandalous uncle is viewed as a black cloud. Future public royal duties are off the cards. If allowed, Andrew will likely bring further reputational damage to the monarchy at a time when the royal ship needs a careful steer.

“Prince Andrew will not have a formal role in Prince William’s future modernised, streamlined, monarchy.”

It comes after sources claimed William is being warned his uncle is a “reputational risk” to the royal family.

It was also noted how when the royals – including Prince Andrew – arrived at church in Windsor for Easter Sunday this year, Prince William wasn’t in attendance.

Future king’s ‘demand’

Earlier this year, it was reported Prince William was ‘fed up’ of his uncle Prince Andrew following another scandal.

It was following allegations from a former masseuse who claimed the royal acted ‘inappropriately’ towards her at Buckingham Palace.

But royal expert Hilary Fordwich said the scandal was a ‘royal embarrassment’, claiming Prince William wanted Andrew to ‘vanish from public view’.

She said: “When it comes to his wayward brother Andrew, King Charles is also beyond exasperated and has disassociated himself publicly to make certain that Andrew doesn’t appear with any senior members of the royal family.”

After Andrew stepped down as a working member of the institution, he was stripped of his military titles and royal patronages.
