Initially charged with cocaine possession, recent reports from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement reveal that the substance in question was actually ketamine.
This unexpected twist could have significant implications for his case, as both drugs are illegal but carry different legal consequences.

At the time of his arrest, Jordan was found with a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine in a field test. However, law enforcement officials now state that these tests sometimes confuse ketamine and cocaine due to their similar appearance. It remains uncertain how this revelation will affect his sentencing.
DUI incident and legal battle
Jordan’s arrest stemmed from a late-night incident where his Lamborghini SUV became stuck on train tracks in Florida. Reportedly impaired at the time, Jordan was taken into custody and faced multiple charges, including DUI, resisting arrest without violence, and the now-altered drug possession charge.
Legal documents show that Jordan’s attorneys have entered a not-guilty plea and requested a jury trial for all charges. A pretrial conference for the DUI case is scheduled for March 20, but no date has been set for the drug possession charge.
