Court action comes after a tough few months for TV presenter
THE HUGE sum Holly Willoughby’s company owed the taxman was revealed today in court.
Roxy Media has been slapped with a winding up order – meaning the business has been unable to pay its debt.

Action against the company, which Holly set up in 2008 with husband Dan Baldwin, was launched in January.
A short hearing took place at the Insolvency and Companies court this morning.
The court was told Holly’s company has settled a bill of £377,000 with the taxman, with an unknown amount still owed.
Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Briggs approved a 12 week adjournment of the case, which will next be heard on July 9.
A winding up petition is a last resort when a company cannot pay a tax bill of more than £750.
Roxy Media deals with TV show “production activities”, according to its listing on Companies House.
Holly is just the latest celeb to see a company taken to court over disputed tax payments.
Stars including broadcasters Jeremy Vine, Gary Lineker, Eamonn Holmes, Adrian Chiles, and Lorraine Kelly have all faced battles over whether presenters using personal companies are taxed as self-employed or as direct employees.
HMRC previously said: “We take a supportive approach to dealing with customers who have tax debts and only file winding-up petitions once we’ve exhausted all other options, in order to protect taxpayers’ money.”
The court action comes after a tough few months for Holly that saw Dancing on Ice get the chop.

The Sun revealed the skate show was being rested after 19 series and while ITV confirmed a slew of new gigs for her co-host Stephen Mulhern, there was no such luck for Holly.
It is the first time Holly has not had any new projects at the network since she joined ITV in 2004.
