Earhardt first joined the Fox New Channel back in 2007. She notably had a segment on Hannity called, “Ainsley Across America.” Starting in 2016, Earhardt would become a co-host on Fox & Friends.
In her personal life, Earhardt would is also known for her relationship with Sean Hannity. The two recently revealed their engagement over this past holiday season.

For his part, Hannity first co-hosed Hannity & Colmes for Fox back in 1996. By 2009, the show had become the long-running Hannity.
As noted by The Express U.S., the two also recently appeared together for a historical event: the inauguration of President Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States. During the moment, the two notably posed for a rare photo together.
Taking to Instagram, Earhardt shared a few carousel posts showcasing various moments from the event. Ainsley could be seen wearing a red off-the-shoulder dress.

In one of the photos shared, Earhardt could be seen standing next to Hannity. For his part, Sean donned a navy tuxedo and bow tie. Smiling next to each other, Hannity placed his hand on Ainsley’s waist as they posed for the camera.
This was just one of the various photos and videos Earhardt had shared of the event. In another photo, she could be seen with Fox & Friends co-star Lawrence B. Jones. She also shared a video of President Donald Trump dancing with his wife Melania.

Earhardt and Hannity are believed to have kept their relationship a secret for years. However, this changed when Hannity proposed to Earhardt over the 2024 holiday season.
As noted by Fox News, Hannity proposed at their home church over Christmas. As the pair shared, “We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives.”
Back in 2020, a source previously spoke with People, explaining a possible reason for the secrecy. As they noted, “[Hannity’s] very private because he’s very famous and he’s very controversial, but it’s been an open secret that they have been seeing each other. They’re together all the time, but in private … for years, not just months.”
