Sarah Ferguson’s area of choice revealed as former Duchess leaves Royal Lodge
Sarah Ferguson is hunting for a new home close to the Royal Lodge.
Sara is moving out of the Royal Lodge, where she has spent the last two decades, after her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was told to hand over the lease and move out.
The move came as Andrew was stripped of his royal titles amid renewed interest in his past ties with convicted paedophile and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
While Andrew is set to move to King Charles’ Sandringham estate, Fergie will move into a separate home.

“She’s looking for a place in Windsor,” a source told People.
The source also revealed that the former Duke and Duchess of York have been given a deadline of Jan. 31 to leave the Royal Lodge. The 30 bedroom mansion is where the Yorks held memorable events, such as Princess Eugenie’s wedding reception in 2018 to Princess Beatrice’s wedding in 2020.
Past reports suggested that Fergie could be moving in with one of her daughters, but her reps refuted those claims and noted that she’ll be forging an independent path.
However, living in Windsor will still keep her close to both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
Andrew’s title strip came as new details about his links to Epstein were leaked, such as an email sent to the criminal in 2011, after he had been convicted. The former Prince’s name was also mentioned in other Epstein-related documents 173 times.
