When is Outer Banks season 4 part 2 out? Netflix release time and trailer

Outer Banks fans, we know you’ve been waiting patiently for answers about that season 4 part 1 cliffhanger. The good news? Our long wait is almost over.

In true Netflix style, we were made to wait an excruciating amount of time before we got the second instalment of Outer Banks season 4, with the first five episodes arrived on the streamer way back on Thursday, October 10.

Outer Banks season 4 part 1 picked up 18 months after the events of the third season, with the group having set up a bait, tackle and charter shop though finding themselves running into financial issues pretty quickly. In efforts to close the gap we see the Pogues taking up Wes Genrette’s proposal to locate real-life pirate Blackbeard’s treasure, and things escalate from there.

What will Outer Banks season 4 part 2 be about?

Following that cliffhanger ending to part 1, we’re left with a lot of loose ends that need tying up.

Namely, is JJ now a Kook?

How will the Pogues feel about this?

Are Sarah and Pope ok?

Will Cleo get her revenge?

And that’s all before we’ve even got into whether they’ll be able to uncover Blackbeard’s treasure.

That said, given the ending of ‘Albatross’ (episode 5), we’d expect the second part of the series to get into the details of the night of Larissa’s death and how Luke came to raise JJ.

Part 1 also rounded off with the Pogues losing out on the treasure hunt (with two of them trapped underground, we might add), seeing Mercenaries Lightner and Dalia escape with Blackbeard’s scroll after John B decides not to shoot them.

So in short, we need part 2 and we need it ASAP.

We have good news — part 2 is being released in one go and there isn’t long to wait now.

While part one dropped on Netflix on October 10, all five episodes of part two arrive on November 7, 2024. Yes, that’s tomorrow!
