90 Day: The Last Resort star Jasmine Pineda is addressing rumors that she is getting deported amid fans speculating whether she is really seven months pregnant with her boyfriend’s baby. Jasmine and Gino Palazzolo had been together for 18 months when her K-1 visa was finally approved and Jasmine got to come to the U.S. Jasmine always insisted that she never wanted to leave Panama since their currency was the same and that she didn’t want to be away from her kids. However, Jasmine didn’t think of going back home after her marriage with Gino ended.

Jasmine and Gino split after she started romancing a man named Matt Branis who she met at her gym. Rumor is Jasmine is expecting her third child right now and Gino is not the dad.

Realitytvmess shared a clip from Jasmine’s recent TikTok live where she came across a fan wanting her to get deported. Jasmine asked them, “why you wish for someone to get deported? Do you know that God is listening to what you’re saying, what you’re thinking?” Jasmine told the fan that the same energy they were giving her would come back to them. “I’m not doing anything wrong in this country,” Jasmine added. She explained how she works hard, is a good person, pays taxes, does the best she can, doesn’t have any criminal records, and loves everyone.

Jasmine insists she loves everyone and, even though she’s not an angel, she’s a cool person. While she doesn’t think she’s better than everyone else, she wants to be everyone’s online friend. She thinks people who want her deported are mean because she hasn’t done anything to anyone. Jasmine cried about wanting to go back to Panama every time she fought with Gino. She threatened him but never went and even accused him of ruining her life when she realized he was delaying filing her Green Card application.

Jasmine wished to go see her sons in Panama since it was taking a long time for them to come to the U.S. However, Jasmine has not been to Panama even once since she moved to America. She seems to have become very comfortable living in the U.S. now that she also has a partner she loves and is also going to have his baby. Jasmine is instead waiting for her sons and is confident that they will join her soon. Jasmine is also still legally married to Gino. When sponsoring a K-1 visa, he became financially responsible for his partner.

Jasmine has a thriving reality TV career in the U.S. and is supposed to star in The Single Life season 5 with Matt after 90 Day: The Last Resort ends. Jasmine and Matt could appear in more shows together, considering how dramatic Jasmine is. Jasmine has already become a mainstay in the franchise, so going back home when she can marry her baby daddy in America is not an option. Although Gino and Jasmine have bad blood, it doesn’t look like he would go the Angela Deem way to claim Jasmine fraudulently married him to become a permanent resident.

90 Day: The Last Resort airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
