90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Michael Ilesanmi is confident that he will not be deported to Nigeria, despite Angela Deem’s wishes, for one important reason. Angela cried about Michael going “missing” in February 2024. It was later revealed that Michael had escaped because he was in fear for his life. Angela had made life miserable for Michael since bringing him to America in December 2024. He took a chance and fled to Texas right after he finished filming the Tell All with Angela. The enraged American woman is now accusing Michael of scamming her.
Michael has been getting legal advice from his fans online, and he doesn’t hesitate to share it on Instagram for all to see.
Michael recently reposted a clip from a video by Navigating Immigration in the United States, which was addressed to “all the ‘send him back’ people.”
A legal expert could be seen saying that “no one” has authority over Michael’s residency card since it belonged to him as an immigrant once he came to the U.S. “You do not have to stay in the marriage to retain that residency card,” the expert added. She continued, “You wanna know why?” and added that it’s because “Dred Scott’s no longer valid and slavery is not allowed in the United States,” which received a roaring applause from the panel.
Will Angela Deem’s Attempt At Deporting Michael Ilesanmi Fail?
Michael Doesn’t Want To Go Back To Nigeria

Angela is attempting to prove that Michael trapped her in a fraudulent marriage to get legal permanent residence in the U.S. She wants to get the marriage annulled so Michael can be sent back home. However, Michael did not come to the U.S. illegally. Angela applied for his spousal visa, which allowed him to enter the country. She could have canceled it in the four years they were married since the visa took a long time to be approved. Michael has the right to stay in America as long as his visa is valid.
Michael is also accusing Angela of physical and mental abuse.
Michael also accused Angela of physical and mental abuse. There’s years of 90 Day Fiancé footage, which shows how Angela treated him, even on camera. She also can’t say that Michael is lying about it because the world has watched her antics. Moreover, a private detective that Angela had hired to dig up dirt got proof that Michael wasn’t a scammer or a cheater. Michael has many ways to prove his innocence so he can get a divorce from Angela and continue living as an American citizen for the rest of his life, while Angela keeps regretting every moment they’ve spent together.
