A fan of the Royal Family has revealed what Princess Beatrice’s husband is really like behind the scenes. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi tied the knot with Beatrice in July 2020, with fewer than 20 guests in attendance as the wedding took place during the coronavirus pandemic.

Following a meeting with art and design professionals in Los Angeles, which took place shortly before Christmas, Edoardo has been described as “lovely”, according to an Instagram post that highlighted his striking work on luxury residences.

Representatives from Galerie Provenance, a midcentury design and antique specialist with showrooms in Los Angeles and Bridgehampton, praised Edoardo and his team’s friendliness in a public social media post.

The post read: “I had the pleasure to meet @edomapellimozzi and @peruz of @banda.property in Los Angeles before the holidays and they were as lovely in person as their gorgeous residences. This is the beautiful Woodland House”.

The comment offered a rare insight into Edoardo’s personality rather than his professional work and royal connections.

As well as being Beatrice’s husband and a proud father-of-three, Edoardo has carved out his own path as a British property developer and interior design entrepreneur.

He founded his company, which is called Banda Property, in 2007, where he serves as chief executive officer and creative director.

They specialise in bespoke interior design and property development, with projects spanning prime London neighbourhoods and luxury homes abroad.

As well as having nine-year-old Wolfie from a previous relationship, Edoardo shares two daughters – four-year-old Sienna and 11-month-old Athena – with Beatrice.
