EXCLUSIVE: When Danny and Bec packed their bags and left the MAFS Couples Retreat, Danny admitted he “was on the verge of leaving the experiment” all together.

Danny felt he had to remove himself and wife Bec from their co-stars after “Bec lay in the room crying for two days” over the fallout from her lewd toast about Rachel and Steven and Gia and Juliette’s subsequent name-calling and involvement in the drama.

Danny and Bec left the Couples Retreat in the middle of the night to stay at a hotel, without telling their co-stars.

While Danny and Bec were upset with some people in the group, the groom said that they did receive some support.

Danny also appeared on Today Extra to unpack the drama with hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys, but his segment was interrupted by an unlikely intruder.
