Karoline Leavitt brags she ‘has it all’ as she takes her son to work
Karoline Leavitt has bragged about “having it all” as she gets to take her baby son to work.
The White House press secretary took to social media to share her pride in being a working mom as she shared a post where she was praised for her juggling her high-profile role with motherhood. Karoline, 27, was featured on a post from the Wall Street Journal which aimed to highlight “the conservative women who are ‘having it all.'”
Karoline shared the update to her own story on Instagram, which included some heartfelt words on the topic from her in the caption. It read, “The past decade has seen the rise of many conservative women in high-profile jobs in government, the media and corporate America. â
“Last year, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt returned to work just four days after giving birth when Trump announced his candidacy.”

“â ’I would reject that you canât be a good mom and be good at your job,” Leavitt said on a recent podcast. ‘Itâs not for everybody. And it takes a lot of work and will and faith and prayer, and itâs hard. But it can be done’.ââ
Karoline has regularly been seen bringing her one-year-old son Niko, who she welcomed in July 2024 with husband Nicolas Riccio, 60, to work. She has even shared updates with her followers where the infant is seen in the company of her and President Donald Trump.
But she did previously admit to feeling “guilty” when she is away from Niko for work commitments. She claimed that when she exits her job at the end of the day and goes home, she just becomes a regular mom.
She shared, “I spend every second that I possibly can with my son when I’m home on weekends and evenings.”

She said, “I think every working mother understands the demands. No matter where you are, what you’re doing, there is a sense of guilt.”
At the time, she shared a series of photos from her childhood as she discussed the big influence her parents had on her.
She said. “I think that value of hard work and determination and drive was instilled in me in a very young age, just by watching my parents work so hard to earn a living.”
