Megyn Kelly appeared completely stunned as top doctor blows a hole in timeline of Biden’s diagnosis: That’s ter:rible!

Megyn Kelly appeared completely stunned after a prominent cancer specialist appeared on her show publicly questioning the official timeline of former President Joe Biden‘s prostate cancer diagnosis.

Dr. David Samadi, a board-certified urologist and expert in prostate cancer treatment suggested there had either been a serious medical oversight or a deliberate attempt to withhold the truth from the public.

Samadi appeared on The Megyn Kelly Show to analyze the announcement on Sunday that the former president has been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer with metastasis.

The condition was described in a family statement as ‘hormone-sensitive’ and ‘manageable,’ but Dr. Samadi said the reported timing of the diagnosis does not align with how the disease typically progresses or is confirmed.

‘The story doesn’t make any sense,’ Dr. Samadi said bluntly during Monday’s interview. ‘This has been cooking for many years.

‘In general, it takes probably over the last decade or so for something like this to grow.’

According to the Biden family’s account, doctors recently discovered a nodule on the prostate, conducted a biopsy, and determined the disease was advanced but manageable, all in what appears to be a span of just several days.

Samadi, who has treated thousands of prostate cancer patients, expressed deep skepticism.

‘From diagnosis to treatment to all of that within one week… the story doesn’t make any sense,’ he said.

Central to Samadi’s concern is the absence of public information about Biden’s PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) testing history.

A PSA test is a simple blood test used to screen for prostate cancer.

Biden’s most recent physical, released in February 2024, did not mention whether a PSA test had been conducted and The White House has not disclosed when Biden’s cancer was first detected.

Samadi said that it would be highly unusual, if not medically negligent, for someone in Biden’s position not to receive regular PSA screenings.

‘Someone like him, who was just the president, there’s no way in the world that their doctors would just not look at PSA and not look at the PSA in the last many years and just say, “Well, he’s old enough and there’s no indication to do this.” That doesn’t happen,’ he said.

While some physicians may choose not to recommend PSA screening for men over 80 due to the slower-growing nature of many prostate cancers, Samadi stressed that Biden, given his public role, family history of cancer, and long-standing access to elite medical care, should not have been overlooked.

‘He’s had at least 30 to 40 years of PSA history,’ Samadi said. ‘They check their cholesterols, their hearts, they check from top to bottom.’

Dr. Samadi also took issue with the Biden family’s statement describing the cancer as ‘hormone-sensitive,’ a classification that typically takes weeks to verify through treatment response.

‘You have to give the injections and see if the patient responds,’ he explained.

‘We don’t know what his PSA is. If the PSA starts to go down, then that’s when you know that he’s hormone-sensitive. I don’t know how they would be able to give all of this information so quickly.’

He called the assertion ‘impossible to know in a matter of days,’ adding that hormone-sensitive diagnosis requires observation over time to confirm the cancer responds to androgen deprivation therapy.

Kelly, reacting to Samadi’s analysis, said the timeline being presented to the public may be dangerously misleading.

‘If this is not true, this is a pernicious lie,’ Kelly said.

‘We definitely should not be putting out into the ecosphere a message that it’s a thing – you’re fine, and then four months later you have metastatic prostate cancer that’s in your bones.’

Samadi agreed that the medical progression as described is not plausible without years of prior buildup.

Kelly, visibly stunned, asked: ‘So you’re saying this doesn’t happen in one year? That he would have had this for five to seven years?’

‘That’s correct,’ Samadi responded.’It’s not a typical story where within a year you would end up with stage four prostate cancer.’

Samadi acknowledged two possible scenarios: that either Biden and his doctors failed to detect the cancer years ago, or they did detect it and chose not to disclose it until now.

‘Either he knew about it or he didn’t,’ he said. ‘That’s a whole different political issue.’

Samadi suggested another possibility that Biden may have been diagnosed with a less aggressive form of prostate cancer a decade ago and placed under surveillance, a common approach in lower-risk cases.

Over time, it could have progressed to a more dangerous form.

‘Maybe he had 10 or 12 years ago a moderate-risk prostate cancer and they told him, “Just watch this—it’s not aggressive,”‘ Samadi said. ‘And over time it advanced to Gleason 9 and then unfortunately metastases.’

The White House has not responded to questions about whether Biden had previously been diagnosed with any form of prostate cancer, nor whether he had been under any kind of monitoring or surveillance.

Samadi said that stage 4 prostate cancer typically requires immediate and aggressive intervention, including hormone therapy and possibly chemotherapy.

He also warned of the side effects associated with such treatments, which can include heart complications and cognitive decline – factors that would have been particularly consequential for an 82-year-old serving as Commander-in-Chief.

‘Once you get to stage four, unfortunately, it’s a painful experience with a lot of complications from this hormonal treatment,’ Samadi said.

‘Some of these hormonal treatments not only can affect his heart but can affect his mental status and mental health issues.’

Samadi, who once served as the Chief of Robotics and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Mount Sinai in New York, emphasized that prostate cancer is highly treatable if caught early. But he said that is what makes the Biden case so troubling.

‘If you find the cancer within the walls of the prostate, the cure – 10-year survival – is close to 100%,’ he noted.

‘Once it starts to leak beyond that, you go to radiation, hormone treatment, and then chemotherapy.’

‘This is not just about one man’s health. This is about what the American public deserves to know,’ Kelly added.
