Diddy’s kids break silence after his sex crimes arrest — to speak about ‘horrific conspiracy theories’ about their late mom Kim Porter
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ children broke their silence Tuesday following his sex crimes arrest earlier this month, but the kids didn’t mention the accusations against their father.
Instead, Combs’ kids put out a statement condemning “horrific conspiracy theories” swirling around about their late mother Kim Porter — the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s ex.
“We have seen so many hurtful and false rumors circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean Combs’ relationship, as well as about our mom’s tragic passing, that we feel the need to speak out,” Quincy Brown and Christian, Jessie and D’Lila Combs wrote in a joint statement shared on their Instagrams Tuesday night.
Porter, a former model, and Combs dated off and on from 1994 until 2007. Together they had son Christian, now 26, and twin daughters Jessie and D’Lila, now 17.
Porter had her first child, son Quincy, 33, with her former husband singer Al B. Sure! Combs later adopted Quincy when he was just three years old.
The children’s statement comes after the publication of a typo-ridden memoir that claims to have been written by Porter before her sudden death in 2018 at age 47 as a result of lobar pneumonia.
The siblings bashed the so-called memoir, a 59-page book self-published on Sept. 6 under a pseudonym by a self-described investigative journalist, as 100% fake.
“Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue. She did not. And anyone claiming to have a manuscript is mispresenting themselves,” their statement said.

The purported memoir titled “Kim’s Lost Words: A journey for justice, from the other side…” is in the number one spot of Amazon’s Best Sellers list. It costs $25 to purchase and its author is listed as Jamal T. Millwood — the name of an alias used by Tupac, according to conspiracy theorists who claim he is still alive.
The book — whose author told Rolling Stone he didn’t know for sure it’s real — and accusations of domestic violence by Combs, including from his ex, singer Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura have caused social media to swirl with suspicions and conspiracies about Porter’s untimely death.
Her children quickly put those rumors down in their statement as well.
“While it has been incredibly difficult to reconcile how she could be taken from us too soon. The cause of her death has long been established. There was no foul play,” they wrote.
They slammed those spreading the rumors.
“We are deeply saddened that the world has made a spectacle of what has been the most tragic event of our lives,” the siblings wrote. “Our mother should be remembered for the beautiful, strong, kind, and loving woman she was. Her memory should not be tainted by horrific conspiracy theories.”
The children did not comment on the charges their father is now facing as he sits behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
