ATLANTA — Loved ones and fans gathered on Tuesday to remember the life of Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan.

The 34-year-old rapper, whose real name is Dequantes Devontay Lamar, died earlier in September after being found unresponsive.

At the celebration of life at World Changers Church International, his children had a special video tribute for their father.

The tribute featured 3-year-old Layor, 7-year-old Alayna, 8-year-old Khosen, 10-year-old Royal and 16-year-old Devin. In the video, they spoke about their favorite memories with their father.

“When he get that one win like he walk around the house just bragging about it for like a week before he even played me again,” Devin said.  “Then another time, like we sitting outside, he sitting there trying to bet me money trying to jump in the pool fully clothed.”

Devin also said his dad would also try to get him into the recording studio.

“It’s many times like he was in the studio, making songs…” Devin added. “He really kept trying to get me to get in there.”

His children also spoke about their favorite songs of their dad’s, including “Money Fold,” “Krazy,” and “Lifestyle.”

“I love you daddy,” they all said in unison in the video.
