Anne’s son, Peter Phillips, divorced Autumn Kelly in 2021

Autumn Kelly, the ex-wife of Princess Anne’s son, Peter Phillips, was officially photographed with her new partner for the first time shortly before her ex-husband’s wedding announcement.

Mr Phillips, the eldest grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II, has revealed he will marry NHS nurse Harriet Sperling this summer.

This comes five years after he finalised his divorce with Ms Kelly, with whom he shares two daughters, Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14.

Mr Phillips’s wedding to Ms Kelly took place at St George’s Chapel, Windsor in 2008, attended by numerous senior royals, including the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.

Following their separation announcement in February 2020, the pair finalised their divorce amicably in 2021 after 12 years of marriage.

At the time, they released a statement emphasising that their children’s wellbeing remained their primary concern.

The former couple are understood to maintain a positive relationship as they continue raising their daughters together.

Ms Kelly has since found love with Irish property developer Donal Mulryan.

The couple were photographed at the Cheltenham Festival on March 13, the same day that Mr Phillips and his bride-to-be, Harriet Sperling, attended.

In addition, Mr Phillips’s younger sister, Zara Tindall, made an appearance that day alongside her husband, Mike Tindall.

Princess Anne’s son and his fiancée have selected Saturday, June 6 for their nuptials, which will take place at All Saints Church in the Gloucestershire village of Kemble, near Cirencester.

The ceremony will be a private affair, with further details expected to be shared in the coming weeks.

The couple first began their relationship approximately two years ago, with their romance developing away from the public spotlight.

Their engagement was made public in August of last year, marking a significant step forward for Mr Phillips following his divorce.

Ms Sperling works as a nurse within the National Health Service, though the pair have largely kept details of their courtship private.

Both families have now been jointly notified of the summer wedding date through formal invitations, signalling the occasion’s importance to those closest to the couple.

The King and Queen have been made aware of the forthcoming wedding, as have the Prince and Princess of Wales.
