Outer Banks returned to Netflix with its fourth season on October 10 and currently holds the top spot on the streamer’s ratings chart.

The arrival of the young adult drama-mystery — which stars Madelyn ClineChase Stokes, and more — pushed Kristen Bell and Adam Brody‘s Nobody Wants This to number two.

The first installment, which has five episodes, was viewed 15.5 million times, per Deadline.

Season four, part two of the series — which is filmed in Charleston, South Carolina — will launch on November 7 with an additional five episodes.

Nobody Wants This came in behind the show, with 9.6 million views. The rom-com was recently renewed for a second season.

Set in North Carolina, Outer Banks follows a group of teenage friends called the Pogues, following them as they come of age.

Netflix announced the third season of the series in December 2021 via Twitter.

The second season debuted in July 2021 and held Netflix’s number one spot globally for four consecutive weeks on the streaming service’s Top 10 TV list.

The first 10 episodes in season one debuted in July 2020.

The plot focuses on a teenager who enlists his three best friends to hunt for a legendary treasure linked to his father’s disappearance.

Along with Cline and Stokes, the show stars Drew Starkey, Madison Bailey, Carlacia Grant, Austin North, Rudy Pankow, and Jonathan Davis

The Nobody Wants This pickup was confirmed last week by Netflix Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria after first being reported by Deadline.

The lighthearted series stars Bell as an agnostic podcaster who falls in love with a rabbi played by Brody.

Behind the top two shows on Netflix is Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, which had 8.7 million viewers in its fourth week.

Meanwhile, the documentary about the two brothers who committed parricide in the late 80s, was atop Netflix’s film list with 22.7 million views.

Season seven of Love Is Blind had 4.9 million views, as its spinoff Love Is Blind: Habibi came in at number eight with 1.3 million views on the non-English TV list.

Elsewhere on the TV list were The Amazing Digital Circus, Ali Wong: Single Lady, Heartstopper season three, The Perfect Couple, Unsolved Mysteries volume five, and Prison Break’s season one.
