David and Victoria Beckham appeared to deliver a striking and very public message to their eldest son Brooklyn on Boxing Day, as they shared a video of themselves dancing together to Barbra Streisand and Barry Gibb’s Guilty — pointedly lip-syncing the line: “We’ve got nothing to be sorry for.”

Victoria captioned the clip: “David and Victoria giving their very best Barry and Barbra on Christmas Day xxx kisses from us both xx @davidbeckham.”
For many fans, the choice of song felt anything but accidental.

The post arrived just days after claims that Brooklyn wants his parents to apologise to both him and his wife, Nicola Peltz, following a bitter family rift. Yet the Beckhams’ video appeared to suggest they are not ready to say sorry — at least not publicly.

Despite Brooklyn’s absence, David, 50, and Victoria, 51, shared a series of warm family photographs from their festive celebrations at their Cotswolds home, joined by sons Romeo and Cruz, daughter Harper, and extended family members including Victoria’s parents Jackie and Anthony, and David’s mother Sandra.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn remained in the US with Nicola and her family, where he posted his own pointed Christmas Eve message, declaring Nicola as his “everything.” He has reportedly blocked his entire family on Instagram, including his parents and younger sister Harper.

A source claimed Brooklyn feels hurt by what he believes was mistreatment of Nicola, telling reporters:
“You can’t inflict that much pain and then expect to pick up the relationship through a public social media post. If they want to make up, they need to apologise and acknowledge the pain caused.”

Brooklyn was also seen spending Christmas playing tennis in sunny Los Angeles with American pro Reilly Opelka and Nicola’s brother Bradley, sharing clips to social media while the Beckham clan celebrated thousands of miles away.

Relations are said to have unravelled further after Brooklyn and Nicola failed to attend David’s 50th birthday celebrations in May and he later did not acknowledge his father’s knighthood in November.

Adding another emotional layer, Victoria previously shared a photo of a fireplace lined with Christmas stockings — including one reserved for Brooklyn — prompting friends of the family to say that both grandmothers, Jackie and Sandra, are “extremely sad” about the situation.

While David and Victoria continue to put on a united front with their younger children, insiders say communication with Brooklyn remains at a standstill — leaving fans wondering whether this defiant Boxing Day post was a final line in the sand, or a desperate cry for reconciliation.
