Holly Ramsay and Olympic champion Adam Peaty are at the center of a shocking family fallout just weeks before their wedding, after the swimmer reportedly banned his mother, Caroline Peaty, from attending the ceremony.

The decision came after Caroline, 59, was excluded from Holly’s luxurious hen party at Soho Farmhouse — an event that included Tana Ramsay, Victoria Beckham, and the Ramsay sisters but not the woman who once drove her son to 4am training sessions as he chased Olympic glory.

A source close to Adam’s family revealed that the “heartbreaking” rift deepened after his aunt Louise publicly called out Holly on Instagram, accusing her of being “divisive and hurtful” for not inviting Caroline to the celebration. Louise wrote that Holly had “inflicted a hurt on my sister that will take a very long time to heal, if ever.”

Following the post, Adam allegedly contacted his mother, informing her that she was no longer welcome at his wedding and would not see her grandson George or any future grandchildren again. Caroline later posted a cryptic message online, writing: “Crying is a way your eyes speak when your mouth can’t explain how broken your heart is.”

Friends have expressed sympathy for Caroline, who has been described as “devastated” and “confused” by the situation. One friend noted: “Considering they are both supposed to be mental health advocates, they don’t seem to be showing much regard for hers.”

The rift reportedly began when Adam, once known as the “boy next door,” started distancing himself from his working-class roots after falling for Holly and entering the glamorous Ramsay circle.
