Kate Middleton Wears Camel Roland Mouret Suit to Welcome the Jordanian Royals to Windsor Castle

Kate Middleton looked elegant at Windsor Castle on Wednesday as she joined Prince William for a meeting with the Crown Prince and Princess of Jordan.

The two couples met privately, ahead of a joint engagement between the Prince of Wales and Crown Prince Hussein later in the day.
The two princes visited RAF Benson in Oxfordshire—a fitting venue given that both princes share a love of aviation.

Prince Hussein completed his pilot training with the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) in 2019.
Prince William joined the RAF Search and Rescue Force in early 2009. He served as a full-time pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance for two years from July 2015.

During the visit, Prince William reminisced about his flying days, calling the cockpit his “happy place.”
It was a pleasure for Rajwa and myself to meet Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Wales at Windsor Castle today, and an honour to join His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales on a visit to RAF Benson to learn more about its training programs.
Prince Hussein
Today’s meeting was a reunion of sorts. In 2023, William and Kate attended the wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa in Amman, celebrating alongside international guests and members of Jordan’s royal family.

It wasn’t the first time the couple have visited the country. In fact, Kate spent part of her early childhood in Jordan after her father, Michael Middleton, relocated there for work when she was a toddler. The family lived in Amman from 1984 until 1986.
Plus, William and Kate have taken their family on holiday to Jordan in recent years. Their 2021 family Christmas card featured a photograph taken during a trip to Petra, one of Jordan’s most famous landmarks (below).

Prince William also paid a solo visit to Jordan in 2018, recalling his wife’s affection for the country. The Princess couldn’t join her husband as she’d recently given birth to Prince Louis.
Right! On to the fashion now.
Let’s take a look at Kate’s outfit:
For Wednesday’s meeting at Windsor Castle, the Princess opted for a neutral ensemble—she recycled the camel-coloured Roland Mouret trouser suit that she first wore to an engagement with Streets of Growth in 2023 (shown below).

The tailored look, cut with the designer’s signature precision, fits perfectly into Kate’s ongoing power-suit phase — a polished streak of structured, monochrome tailoring that has defined much of her autumn 2025 wardrobe:

Kate owns the same Roland Mouret suit in burgundy, too:

The suit’s tailored blazer featured a single-button closure, peak lapels and flap pockets that sit at a slight angle.
The trousers skim the floor, feature a crease down the front and have a slight flare.
Here are the stock images for the burgundy suit (which was available ready-to-wear), edited to look camel in Photoshop:

And the originals:

I expect the camel version is a custom commission.
The burgundy version of the suit is no longer available to buy, unfortunately.
Since she entered the Royal Family, the Princess has frequently chosen Mouret’s designs for high-profile engagements. Her first public appearance in a Mouret design dates back to 2011, ahead of a trip to Canada. She has continued to showcase his creations since then. In 2022, she made a notable appearance at the Top Gun premiere in a Roland Mouret gown (pictured below).

Roland Mouret is a brand celebrated in the fashion world for its exceptional tailoring and intuitive understanding of the female form. Mouret is particularly recognised for the pioneering “Galaxy” dress.
The Princess teamed her camel suit with a feminine silk pussy-bow blouse.

We think it might be this blouse from Burberry. (I had assumed it was a Burberry blouse, and saw that @MiddletonMaven had posted the same theory). Perhaps in white (the blouse below is an off-white or cream).

The garment is made from 100% silk and features a front tie fastening and button cuffs.
Kate owns the same blouse in two other colours (pink and green), and has worn them both with suits (including the burgundy Roland Mouret suit). So it seems like a plausible option.

It’s currently avaialble at FarFetch, where it retails for $1,144.
Let’s move on to Kate’s earrings now. She wears the Cassandra Goad “Temple of Heaven” earrings:

They’re a favourite design that she’s worn for several formal occasions over the last decade or so.

These striking gold-tone earrings feature geometric shapes—squares and ovals—hanging down in chandelier style. The intricate design was inspired by the Emperor of China. They’re made from 9ct gold. Each pair is handcrafted in London.
The luxury earrings come with a luxury price tag: £3,745. They’re still available to buy at cassandragoad.com.
The photos offer only a glimpse of Kate’s footwear, but I’d guess she’s wearing the Ralph Lauren Celia pumps with this outfit.

The shoe is a firm favourite that she’s worn multiple times recently.
The elegant gold-brown shoes feature a sharp pointed toe and a 4” heel. They have a padded, branded leather insole and they’re made in Italy.
The ensemble marks the latest addition to Kate’s power-suit phase — a run of tailored looks that have defined her 2025 wardrobe.
