Richard Goodall has a new bride, will soon play with members of Journey and could be a million dollars richer next week!

We’re counting down the days until we find out the winner of Season 19 of “America’s Got Talent” and there’s one sign that shows a Hoosier could be taking home the top prize.

Richard Goodall, a school janitor from Terre Haute, has won over America with his performances on the show, taking on Journey, Survivor and Michael Bolton to reach the finals.

Voting for this year’s champion ended Wednesday morning, hours after Goodall sang Journey’s “Faithfully” in Tuesday night’s finals.

While the results from that vote won’t be revealed until the live finale on Tuesday, Sept. 24, there are signs online of Goodall’s popularity that could signal a $1 million payday for Indiana’s “Singing Janitor.”

Videos of Tuesday’s performances by 10 finalists were posted that night to the “America’s Got Talent” YouTube page. As of Thursday night, Goodall’s performance had been viewed 1.4 million times on the platform. The next most-viewed act, Roni Sagi & Rhythm, only had 344,000 views at the same time. Only one other act, Solange Kardinaly’s quick-change performance, had more than 300,000 views in the first two days.

Goodall’s performance has been viewed 1.3 million times in two days, with the 548,000 views of comedian Learnmore Jonasi’s act coming in a distant second.

Even if Goodall doesn’t come home from Los Angeles with the top prize, he’s still in the middle of a memorable week on the West Coast.

On Wednesday, Richard and his fiancée, Angie Vanoven, got married in California just days before the “AGT” finale, introducing themselves to the world as Richard and Angela VanGoodall.

As of 3pm pacific time Angie and I are now Richard and Angela VanGoodall!

Then, on Tuesday’s finale, Goodall is slated to perform with the band Journey.
