Oasis singer Liam Gallagher had no patience for irritated fans and lashed out at one who complained about the ticket prices

Liam Gallagher didn’t hold back as he told one fan to ‘shut up’ after they complained about the ludicrous ticket prices for their reunion tour.

Oasis recently had fans panicking to purchase tickets when they announced their shock comeback tour in 2025. With the hundreds of thousands trying to purchase tickets, some had to fork out hundreds just to secure one place.

It comes as it was revealed that Ticketmaster was referred to the CMA in the wake of the band’s reunion tour tickets going on sale. Some fans missed out on tickets after apparent computer glitches, while others paid above the expected prices after waiting hours in an online queue.

It was reported on the weekend that some fans paid a whopping £355 for a ticket that was initially advertised as costing £148. Dynamic pricing sees tickets increase in value alongside customer demand, with Ticketmaster having introduced the method of pricing in 2022. Ticketmaster is now being investigated by the CMA.

Liam, 51, took to social media amid the pricing chaos to share a rowdy tweet, writing to his 3.8million followers on X: “OASIS are back your welcome and I hear there ATTITUDE STINKS good to know something’s never change LF***ING.”

One fan wrote: “Didn’t expect them to rip the fans off as much as they have done. It’s genuinely a shame,” to which Liam responded in all caps: “SHUT UP.” He didn’t stop there as one fan asked if he had any spare tickets.

Liam cheekily quipped: “S**t loads but they’re really expensive 100 thousand pounds Kneeling only.” When one user asked how he’s been feeling since reuniting with his brother Noel for a tour, he answered: “SMUG only kidding SMUG AS F**K I told you all we were gonna get back together 1 fine day.”

A user even asked the singer how his mum Peggy felt about the reunion. Liam answered: “She’s gutted she couldn’t get a ticket.” When one person questioned why he didn’t give her a free ticket, he said: “Free don’t be silly.” The Oasis Live ‘25 tour was the biggest concert launch ever seen in the UK and Ireland, with over 10 million fans from 158 countries queuing to buy tickets.

Meanwhile, a post from Liam recently surfaced amid fan frustration over the ticket pricing. In 2017, Liam wrote: “350 dollars to go and see rkid in USA what a c*** when will it all stop as you were LG.”
