Katie Price has been spotted for the first time following her latest round of cosmetic surgery in Turkey — emerging with a dramatically tightened face, surgical bandages, and stitching tape still in place.

The 46-year-old reality star and former glamour model ignored a growing rift with her daughter Princess to fly to Istanbul for a major facial overhaul. Originally planned as a “his and hers” procedure with boyfriend JJ Slater, Katie went under the knife alone after JJ suffered diabetes-related complications.

Walking through her hotel lobby in relaxed tracksuit bottoms and a tank top, Katie kept her head straight — seemingly struggling to turn her neck after the operation. A clear nose plug was visible, and flesh-coloured bandages pulled back the sides of her eyes, sparking speculation she had undergone further work on her face, nose, and eyes.

This latest trip to the operating table comes less than a year after she had a facelift and “fox-eye lift” at the same clinic in Istanbul. And according to Katie, this transformation is just the beginning. She’s boldly declared that once her procedures are complete, she will look “younger than Princess herself.”

But the surgery headlines come at a time of personal tension. Katie and Princess — often called “twins” for their striking resemblance — have hit a turbulent patch. The ITV2 series The Princess Diaries premiered today, but Katie was banned from appearing, despite being on the same island while Princess filmed a runway show in Ibiza.

Katie claims she wasn’t allowed near the production and that ITV bosses cut her out to present Princess as a “middle-class influencer” — even rejecting her offer to film for free. She says the exclusion has left her feeling “insulted” and struggling mentally.

Speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she told her sister Sophie:

“I want to be there supporting her like my family supported me. But I haven’t been allowed to attend any shoots, signings, or events. I’m proud of her — but it hurts.”

Despite the public snub, Katie insists she will continue to cheer her daughter on… even as she focuses on completing her own jaw-dropping transformation.
