Errol, who had previously been estranged from his son for years and was a vocal critic of Elon, then went on to make a bizarre comparison about Tommy Robinson being a better person than Nelson Mandela.

A shocked Susanna bit back and said a lot of people would find his comment “utterly bizarre”.

The billionaire’s dad said: “I don’t see anybody weeping about any of the things Tommy Robinson has done.

“The government need to release Tommy Robinson [from prison]… it’s insane what’s happening in this country.”

Co-host Ed Balls asked Errol if his son wanted to become Britain’s Prime Minister after his fiery online tirades against the British government this past week.

Errol laughed and said: “I think he needs to take a few steps down you know. I think he’s alright where he is.

“The situation in England now is interesting to all English-speaking people around the world. There’s no question about it.

“We were talking about Farage [but] he’s out. I’m done with Farage.”

It comes after Elon and Farage’s relationship broke down this week despite the Tesla owner previously saying he was “ready to donate £78million” to Reform.

Elon met with Farage at his pal Donald Trump’s Mar-A Lago home in Florida in December, where it is understood the “issue of money” was discussed.

However, Elon took to his own site X/Twitter over the weekend and posted: “The Reform Party needs a new leader. Farage doesn’t have what it takes.”

And it seems Elon is dealing with a number of relationship breakdowns.

President-elect Trump is reportedly becoming fed up with his new pal because he’s too “clingy”.

Following recent social media lash-outs towards the UK government, Brit politicians are now even said to be urging Trump to ditch the Tesla chief.

Billionaire Elon has been Trump’s biggest fan over the past few months and even helped propel him into the White House.

The pair have been almost inseparable since the Republicans swept to a landslide election win in November.

Elon reportedly joined the future president on an important phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and has spent many nights at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

But is has now been over two months since Elon pumped millions in to help with Trump’s campaign and the world’s richest man is still hanging around.

NYT journalist and self-proclaimed “Trump whisperer” Maggie Haberman has revealed that despite the pair still being close buddies Trump’s patience may be wearing thin.

She claimed on a podcast: “Trump does complain a bit to people about how Musk is around a lot.

“He really parked himself in Trump’s face.”
