lorence Pugh just might have a new man in her life.

Pugh is rumored to be dating Finn Cole, a fellow British actor perhaps best known for his role as Michael Gray in Peaky Blinders. While neither Pugh nor Cole have yet to publicly confirm the romance, fans began to speculate they were dating following September reports from British tabloids The Sun and the Daily Mail.

The Little Women star confirmed that she is currently seeing someone in a recent interview with British Vogue, though she refrained from naming them.

“We are figuring what we actually are. And I think for the first time, I’m not allowing myself to go on a roller coaster. I’m allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core, as opposed to racing into that,” she said. “Falling is the most amazing feeling, but unfortunately if that’s the only thing that you know in a relationship, then that’s the thing that you chase. That’s not gonna last.”

Pugh was last romantically linked to actor and director Zach Braff, whom she dated for three years.

The London-born actor is best known for his performance as Michael Gray in the crime drama period series, Peaky Blinders, in which he starred alongside Cillian Murphy and Anya Taylor-Joy. Other major acting credits include F9: The Fast Saga (2021), Slaughterhouse Rulez (2018), and the TV series Animal Kingdom.

A teacher inspired him to get into acting.

During a 2016 conversation for Interview, Cole revealed that he decided to pursue acting after a teacher introduced him to the craft.

“I first became interested when I was in school. I was surrounded by people who were into acting,” he said. “I had a teacher who I got along with, one of my favorite teachers, and he got me into it. Trying to entertain was something I always got a kick from. It excited me quite a lot. Growing up, it was a hobby, always something I did with friends—we’d put on shows. Then I joined the National Youth Theatre when I was 17, which was great ’cause we it’s a bunch of young people like myself.”

If he weren’t acting, he’d probably pursue a water-related career.

Discussing what his fallback career would be with Interview, Cole reflected: “I was always interested in water sports, water activities, and engineering. I was always good at fixing things growing up. I wanted to work on boats. That was what my dad did.”

He’s musical, too.

Besides acting, Cole is also a fan of honing his musical craft, especially when it comes to playing guitar.

“I have surrounded myself with quite creative people—a lot of musicians—and so I love to go and watch my friends play. We’ll go and watch live music together or make music together,” he said in a 2017 interview with the Gentleman’s Journal.
