Avery was recently in the news for welcoming a “ new daughter ” with Omar. They have adopted a new cat. However, she also found out some worrying news as well.

Amid celebrating the arrival of her new family member, Avery has not been doing well physically. 90 Day Fiancé blogger @90dayfiance_alexa posted a video from Avery’s social media in which she revealed she was “so excited” to be diagnosed with lupus. She said that she was relieved to know what she had and also had an idea of the treatments she’d have to undergo. Avery added that she didn’t expect the diagnosis, and it “randomly came” at the age of 25. She had been in a lot of pain and expected the treatments to help her “go back to normal.”

Avery shocked her fans in November 2024 when she was in the middle of a TikTok live and started feeling unwell. She told fans she was going to be rushed to the hospital. Avery sells perfumes on her TikTok shop and asked fans to keep buying the items to help her with her online earnings that would go toward her medical bills. She said she wanted her family to have money in case something happened to her. Avery later shared that she left the live video because she was going into septic shock.
