Police Update: Homicide Investigation At Ipswich 26 May
Detectives from the Ipswich Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have charged a 31-year-old woman in relation to the death of a four-year-old girl at Lowood last night, 25 May.
Emergency services were called to a Lowood property around 11.10pm where a child was located unresponsive and declared deceased at the scene.
Two other children, inside the property at the time were not injured.
All three children are known to the woman.
A 31-year-old Lowood woman has been charged with one count of murder domestic violence against a child.
She is due to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court this afternoon, 26 May.
Police are urging anyone who may have relevant information, to come forward.
Investigations continue.
