Hailie Jade McClintock is opening new doors.
The social media influencer and content creator, 29, continues to bring her passions to the screen — but this time, with a new YouTube series centered around her love for home renovation and design.
Titled Just A Little Reno, the four-part digital series will follow the daughter of rapper Eminem as she renovates her best friend’s first home in Detroit — and she opened up to PEOPLE exclusively all about it, including where her passion for all-things creative began.
“Growing up, I always had a creative side — whether it was drawing, playing guitar, singing or dancing. As I got older, that creativity evolved into an interest in makeup and fashion, which became my main outlets for self-expression,” McClintock tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“It wasn’t until college that I really started channeling my creativity into home decor,” she continues, noting, “Looking back, I didn’t even realize it at the time, but with each place I lived in, I found myself investing more and more energy into making it feel like home.”
McClintock adds, “By the time I moved into my first house, it finally clicked. For the past decade, home renovation and decorating had become my true creative passion.”
In an exclusive trailer shared with PEOPLE ahead of the show’s release on Friday, June 27, viewers get a glimpse at the exciting — and at times, pressure-filled — process chronicled throughout each episode.
“Renovations can be messy. But all the dust and drama is worth it, especially when the result is a beautiful space you’re proud to call home,” McClintock begins in a voiceover in the trailer, adding, “I’m Hailie Jade, a designer with big ideas and a talented team who brings them to life.”

In the teaser, McClintock is seen interacting with her clients as they collaborate on their housing projects. She’s even pictured getting hands-on with the demo and reconstruction (wearing a pink hard hat and all)!
“From demo to reno, follow along as we take a house from dated to outstanding,” she says in the trailer, admitting, “It’s definitely biting off a little but more than what we originally expected.”
“Did I mention, I’m pregnant?” she says in the clip. “The clock is ticking on the renovation and my pregnancy.”
McClintock filmed the series while she was pregnant with her son, Elliot Marshall McClintock, who she gave birth to in March 2025. She welcomed him with her husband, Evan McClintock.
“Renovating while pregnant taught me just how important communication and teamwork really are — whether it was with contractors on the job site or with my husband at home,” the mom of one tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“In many ways, it felt like a preview of parenthood: unpredictable, messy and full of moments that require patience,” she admits. “In life and home projects alike, having the right team and strong communication makes all the difference.”
McClintock adds, “Thankfully, I have a great construction crew and a great husband.”
While McClintock is helping her friend reno in the YouTube digital series, the new mom understands the process on a more personal level, having recently designed her baby son’s nursery herself.

“When you love design as much as I do, it’s easy to get completely lost in creating the perfect space — and designing the nursery felt like that times a hundred,” she shares with PEOPLE, noting that she wanted the room to “reflect this new chapter of motherhood.”
Above all, McClintock wanted her nursery to feel like a “peaceful, comforting space” for their son.
“Evan has always loved watching my creative process unfold and being part of the journey,” she adds of her husband’s involvement. “He may not always see the full vision at first, but he completely trusts my judgment.”
“In the end, he always loves how it turns out and is incredibly supportive and encouraging,” she shares of Evan, adding, “And the nursery was no different.”
The series’ trailer ends with McClintock sharing that she “can’t guarantee” she will “always stick to the plan… but that’s what makes it fun!” she concludes.
“I hope when people watch Just A Little Reno they see a side of me that most people haven’t really seen before,” the creative tells PEOPLE.
“Design is where I feel most creatively fulfilled, and this series is a chance for me to share that part of myself in a much deeper way and really showcase how much I love helping people transform their spaces,” she explains.
“My hope is that this becomes more than just a project,”McClintock says, adding, “It’s the direction I want to grow creatively, and I’m excited for people to see how much heart and skill I pour into it.”
