Katie Price and her husband Lee Andrews have sparked fresh speculation after undergoing a series of mystery “tweakments” during a visit to an aesthetics clinic in Dubai.
The former glamour model, 47, is no stranger to cosmetic procedures, but on this occasion she kept fans guessing — declining to reveal the exact treatments she and Lee had carried out at the Mistraesthetics clinic.
Sharing a photograph of himself with Katie, aesthetician Max McNeil thanked the couple publicly, writing:
“Thank you for trusting me to carry out your treatments & I look forward to seeing you both again soon.”
He later hinted that Katie’s visit may be part of a longer-term plan, adding:
“A full treatment plan for Katie has been set out to achieve the best results over time.”
Weight Gain Confession
The clinic visit comes shortly after Katie revealed she has gained half a stone since meeting Lee — whom she jokingly described as her “feeder”.
In recent months, the reality star had sparked concern among fans due to her dramatic weight loss, admitting she had sought medical advice to understand what was happening.
However, she now appears to credit Lee, 43, with helping her regain weight.
Sharing a candid update on Instagram Stories while dining out in Dubai, Katie told followers:
“I have a confession to make. He is a feeder.”
She continued:
“I’ve been to the doctors and everything — everyone keeps saying how I’ve lost weight.”
Lee replied in the video:
“I’ve got to sort you out, I’m sorry.”
Katie then confirmed:
“I’ve actually put on half a stone. You’ll be pleased to know I can’t stop eating.”
Lee added:
“And you’re eating for one — that’s the truth,” referencing rumours the couple were expecting a baby. Katie has since confirmed she is not pregnant.

Meanwhile, both Katie and Lee have strongly denied claims that they rely on AI or heavy filters in their social media posts.
The couple — who stunned fans by marrying just days after meeting last month — have been documenting their Dubai “honeymoon” online, at times hinting at pregnancy and sharing highly polished images that sparked scepticism.
A closer look at Lee’s Instagram, where he claims to be a Cambridge-educated doctor with a multimillion-pound business and links to Elon Musk, has also raised eyebrows due to his frequent use of AI-style imagery.
Following criticism over his unrecognisable photos, the couple took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to insist they were posting “day two of no filter”.
Katie said:
“People say everything we do is filtered or AI. That’s why we care.”
Lee pointed to his face and added:
“This is not AI — all me. We did have a cheeky sunbed yesterday so we’re glowing.”
He then teased:
“We had a good result this morning on some things, but we’re not announcing that, are we?”
Katie quickly interjected:
“You will see it soon — no, it’s not a baby!”
Ongoing Controversy
Lee’s sudden rise to prominence has also brought scrutiny from his ex-fiancée Alana Percival, who has shared side-by-side images claiming to show his “real” appearance compared to his Instagram posts.
The couple remain in Dubai, where Lee lives, despite ongoing claims he is subject to a flight ban and unable to leave the UAE — something he continues to deny, insisting he will soon travel to the UK with Katie.
In their latest video, filmed from the back of a car, the pair insisted they were finally receiving positive feedback online.
Katie said:
“We’ve actually had lots and lots of nice comments — finally!”
