Additional details have surfaced following the shooting at the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl parade.

The team and its fans took to the Philly streets on Friday to celebrate after their win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday’s big game, but the event was marred by gunfire, with police reporting that two people were shot during the festivities.

According to Philadelphia Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore, the victims were both female, aged 20 and 27, and were shot by a man wearing an Eagles jersey near Ben Franklin Parkway. As to whether he knew the women or meant to shoot them is still unknown.

One of the women sustained a gunshot wound to her left thigh, while the other got struck in her left leg.

They were taken to Presbyterian Hospital and were said to be in stable condition.

Investigators hadn’t recovered the weapon used in the shooting as of Friday night, and no arrests had been made.
